I have been using the Slim+Trim app for a few weeks now and I just love it. After I have a meal or a snack, I pick up my phone and plug what I ate into it. They even have lists of the brands of foods that I eat all the time…even my obscure fruit bars! After you input your food, Kiqplan lets you track your calorie consumption for the day which you can then compare to your exercise output. I also love how each day you get a little tip, designed to motivate and lift your spirits, getting you excited about taking charge of your health. It’s also a lot of fun watch the fitness demonstrations they have listed in the workout tab. These exercises are easy to follow and so simple…anybody can do them! Speaking of working out, Kiqplan syncs with a variety of devices to help you track your steps and aerobic activity. These devices include the FitBug, Jawbone UP, and Nike Fuel Band.
