Authentic Product Pick: Good Habit Box

Good Habit Box

If you are on Facebook, you’ve probably seen the ads for subscription boxes that you can have delivered to your door. It seems like there is a box for everything; beauty products, dog treats, and the most popular….health food. Being a Nutritional Therapist, I’ve tried out the majority of these healthy boxes and I wasn’t impressed. A lot of these so-called “healthy snacks” were laden with sugar, salt, and of course….natural flavors. On the flip side, some of these subscriptions send you a box full of small product samples. Why would you pay money each month for samples that you could pick up for free at your local grocery store? This made no sense to me. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised to try out Good Habit Box! Not only do they create their own delicious products, they are loaded with authentically nourishing ingredients. Good Habit Box believes that snacks should be fuel to help us perform at our peak. Even though we live in a fast-paced world, it doesn’t mean we should sacrifice our diets to processed, packaged foods.

Good Habit Box has everything you need to stay happy and healthy throughout your day. The added bonus is that the food is created by an avid foodie…so you know that it is going to taste amazing! Here is how it works: you choose how many boxes are sent to you every month, filled with yummy goodies. The subscriptions are super affordable too. You can get one box for only $16.99 a month! When the box arrives, you start by selecting one of their delicious breakfast items. I personally loved the Forrest Berry Oatmeal. It contains gluten-free organic oats, flax seeds, organic honey, delicious raisins, currants, cranberries, and goji berries. All you do is empty the packet of oatmeal into a mug, add hot water, and let it stand for 2 minutes. This is perfect for busy professionals that don’t have time to make an elaborate healthy breakfast. You can literally make it right at your desk! For an afternoon boost, I loved the Monk Mix. This packet contained nourishing raw cashews, pepitas, golden raisins, and goji berries. Yum! Best of all? Each Good Habit Box comes with organic green tea. Sipping a cup of this hot tea is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. All of the good contained in each box comes in portable packets, so you can take everything with you on-the-go!

Another reason I love Good Habit Box is that they genuinely care about giving back to the community. That’s why they are committed to donate a portion of every sale to help end childhood hunger, both locally in our neighborhoods and around the world. Love that!
