We’ve all heard about the benefits of using aloe vera topically. It’s extremely helpful in relieving sunburns and promoting healthy skin. But did you know that the aloe vera plant has amazing healing properties to promote optimal health throughout your entire body? For years, I’ve enjoyed supplementing with aloe vera juice. My favorite brand? Lily of the Desert…and here’s why. Their Preservative Free Aloe Juice has 200 biologically active components! How great is that? It is rich in essential amino acids, enzymes, vitamins and minerals. I take it every day because aloe vera juice has been shown to help promote good digestion, support a strong immune system, and aid in the absorption of nutrients. It’s also helpful in ridding your body of harmful toxins that can wreck havoc and make you feel sick and tired. I love that the Lily of the Desert Preservative Free Aloe Vera Juice is USDA organic, it’s made in the USA, and it’s certified Kosher. It’s also been packaged in a dark, BPA-free glass container that fits nicely into your fridge. You can learn more by visiting their website at www.lilyofthedesert.com.
