Pineapple Kiwi Smoothie

  • 1 C chunks of pineapple (fresh is best)
  • 1 C plain rice, almond, or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp natural vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 kiwi fruits

Add all ingredients to your blender and process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. Enjoy!
